What is Istavrity?
Istavrity is a frequently searched Satsang practice. Because it concerns personal observance, this page avoids prescribing a method or substituting for guidance from an authorised Satsang source.
Start with an authorised explanation
Names and explanations may differ by language and tradition. The current official Satsang contact channel is the appropriate place to ask for an authoritative explanation and practice guidance.
For new readers
Keep questions practical: What does the term mean in this tradition? Which published source explains it? Who is authorised to guide a newcomer? Record the edition and language before sharing an answer.
